Arduus - 009.006 The previous session ended as the Company emerged from a winding tunnel in the side of Mt. Arduus. I suggested this session start here and all agreed. The Company was still set on returning the Seer (who still wishes to not be seen or heard) to her Sanctum so I asked the players how the Seer would communicate directions (something more than "go south east"). It was decided that the Leaf Knight placed parchment, ink and a quill on the ground. And while there is little mythic about written notes on parchment, we gotta get this session to take off, so this solution sufficed. Luckily I had the Fanged Knight player reprise her role, and I had asked her to be prepared to brief the other two players. The rundown is that the Company had been spotted crouched over the fresh carcass of the Green Bull, bringer of Blessings. Word travels fast and now many in the realm want to see the Company be brought to justice. They were subsequently accosted by two Leaf-Clad Guards, one of whom they slayed (brutally and mercilessly). Arrival After a long voyage the Company arrived at the southern tip of the middle island. The steeds kissed the ground, glad to have solid ground under their feet.
